Got me self a FREE 240

Ok,

So here's the scoop a friend of mines friend informed me today that they had a 92-93(I don't remember)240SX. That is currently sitting at a shop and needs a new home. I need a new project :):). She said first one to take it gets it...luckaly I own a truck and am planningo n picking it up as soon as I get a hitch and a trialer. Here's what I know about the car either it runs but doesn't drive or drive but doens't run...one of the two. I don't really recal. It's auto and well as far as I know in good shape. She paid 4grand for it new well new to her atleast and just wants it gone. So what I want to know is what to expect and what you guys think. Oh yeah,I gotta pay to get it regisered no big deal but it's gotta be done.

go for it, the worse that could happen would be you cant fix it and then you could just sell all the good parts. all profit.

LOL yeah I got the same feeling when he said what should he expect. HELLO, you got a free 240sx, obviously somethign is wrong with it. And then the SR20 thing gave it away. you could have at LEASt said RB20.....LOL

I don't really see how a free car could be a bad deal : ). Unless it were stolen or illegally imported or belonged to some crazy girl who was only giving you the car because she thought it would make you love her even though you had already let her down as gently as you could and even then she persisted and you finally had to get a restraining order against her...but I mean, if it's not stolen or from a deranged, jilted lover, I reckon a free car is a good deal.

Well first off if you saw this chick trust me you wouldn't need a free car to love her...... :naughty: :naughty: :grinyes: :licka: ....HOTTY!!!!! Now as far as stolen or imported illegally goes. That's a good chance. All I got outta her was a needs to be registerd bought it for 4k and well doens't want it. All I know is the motor was recently rebuild and well that's about it...oh and uh needs to be towed away

If you're going the SR/CA/RB route it does not apply to you.

If you're keeping the KA(like me:biggrin:) this would come in handy and save you some money too.
