I am a 16 year old guy from santa clarita, CA. I just purchased a 1967 mustang coupe. When I bought it it was already equipt with a edelbrock intake, I have since added a new holley 600 cfm carb, headers and 40 series flowmasters. I have had to replace some electrical but nothin serious so far. I have now run into a small problem that I am hopin you guys can help me out with....

The car came with the wrong power steering hoses and when i put on the headers the hoses sit right up on them... that is no good at all! Anyway i guess im just askin if someone could let me know what the correct hosses for my car are and where i could get them...

Thanks :banghead:

won't your local auto parts chain have them available? or at least able to order them?

hey, i got a 67 coupe with a 289 too...
i say just dump the p/s, no real diffrent from manual steering, cept u have to use two hands when standing still.
but if u want to keep it look on some of theses sites:

http://www.mustangunlimited.com/
http://www.restoremustangs.com/

theres tons out there, but those 2 are good

Except for companies like Mustangs Unlimited, Year One etc.., If they don't make something for what your talking about your going to have to fabricate/modify. This is all part of performance parts game of vehicles. The words "Bolt-On" is never completely true, except a few minor cases. Most of the time it's fairly easy to major bitch. But it sounds like your car is coming along nicely so don't get discourage and keep at it.

does anyone know how much it costs to dyno your car?

most places with a dyno will have specials every so often, i've seen it as low as 35 bucks.
