94 Cav Rough Start Ups

I have a 1994 Cavalier which i bought about 5 months ago
for work and drove about a hundred k a day. it now has about 140,000k on it I havent had any problemsbut now i am back at school and dont drive it as often. If the car sitsfor longer than a few hours it will always start but right after violently shakes and seems as though it isnt getting enough gas but runs perfectly after a minute or so or give it a bit of gas?

Not sure...
Could be fuel, computor.... might be worth it to have a garage check for codes on it.
