Hey guys i just wanted to know if Testors decal set is any good?

If you are referring to their Setting Solution, I've had good luck with it. Although it seems a bit mild compared to other setting solutions out there.

Not that stuff, this decal set i'm talking about comes in one of those small testors bottles and is like microsol.

Their decal setting soultions are fine. No problems.
