Building a H23a Engine

I have a 93 Prelude with a H23A w/143,000 miles. Its smoking so I am going to build it. While in the process of building it I would like to do some modifications to try and get 200-225 hp. I am having a hard time trying to find camshafts for it. Seems noone on the net sales them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will not be getting a turbo right now but I will install one within a year. I'm mostly focused on getting the max out of the engine without the turbo. If you find any links please post them for me. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

put H22 internals into it. Also look into getting a H22 head for a "LSVTEC" swap of the H series motors.
