I have recently won an auction on ebay for a set of gauges for a 2000 civic. Not noticing that I would not be getting instructions I proceeded to bid on them and won. Anyways. I have them installed allready and wired but I'm having a problem with the wiring. Does anyone know or have instructions on the wiring portion of the installation?

When you say head light switch which wires or what should I be looking for. I was told to ground the black which I did and splice the + to the red wire with the black stripe from the green connector on the left (if your looking at the back of the unit)

yeah, black to ground, and the other wire can just go to any wire that comes on when you turn your headlights one. it could be the light that lights up the dash at night. or, you could go to the head light switch and find the wire that goes for the headlights.

what kind of guages did u get? just the regular ones? i installed my rev el guages myself and it took me a while but with the right tools it should take a long time. just ground the black wire and then the red one connect it to a powersource. i used the parking lights, which i found with a testlight. does urs come out with like a black box? to like change the colors and brightnes etc? try to put up a pic of ur guages....heres a pic of mine........AC Autotechnic is the shyt :D
