probably not since the wheel wheel is so huge, but you don't wanna go past 18's without running into any problems. 20s are too much for an eclipse.

I'd roll in that.

Just go with 18s or 19s. Most likely with 20s you won't even be able to turn. :banghead:

I work for Les Schwab Tires (huge wheel and tire dealer in the northwest) and its my oppinion that 20's would just give you a headache. 19's are great for show, and you can only get a good hi-performance tire in an 18. I run 225/45/18 Toyo RA1's (Toyo's street legal racing compound tire) on my car in the summer, and same size Toyo T1S's (Toyo's badass wet weather tire) in the rainy season. When choosing a wheel find something light, and the right width and offset for your car. My 18x8's w/ a 40mm offset used to rub (before I rolled my fenders) But then again I've dropped it 1.75" in front and 1.5" in the rear with the Tein Flex coilovers. It was 2.25" and 2.0", but I road race and needed a little more ground clearance. That and I was rubbing on the inner fender. If you run the 225/40/18's you can run a 7 1/2" wheel, and theyre easier to find, but 8" is optimum width. Email me at [email protected] if you need any advice on wheels, tires or suspension.
