Question about headers

Im looking into some BBK longtube headers, and I am wondering how much a difference does the Jet Hot Coating make? I would love to have some chrome headers, but I don't want to sacrifice longevity. Thanks for the help guys.

There is no coating better than Jet-Hot. They headers will out last your car. The chrome stands up ok they do tend to get a lil purplish hue on them due to the heat.
