When its cold it takes about 1 second to start
when warm its instant
what could be a cause?
new battery 750 amps
new alternator
new wires
new plugs
i'm thinking maybe a coil?

I think it's because batteries don't have the same output when they are cold as they do when they are hot. If your engine cranks over very slowly then you might want to get it checked out.

Honda's can take up to 15 seconds of cranking to start - its a "normal" condition. 1 second = nothing to worry about!
Check your basic tune-up/maint. parts - replace as needed.

theres nothing wrong with 1 second of cranking time. I think you're fine. You could always get it checked out if you want tho.
