hi, i have been searchin the internet for information about the civic wagon and i ran into this forum.
my friend has a 90' wagon and i am looking to buy a wagon too, but what i need to find out is if the motor mounts are the same as the other civics, since all sites with info on engine swaps are dedicated to hatchbacks and crx's.
would a d16a6 drop right in on a 90 wagon (not 4wd)?
and can you swap the fuel injection the same way as this
http://www.4thgenerationcivic.com/how-to's/mpfi_conversion.htm describes it
i would greatly appreciate any help.

I don't know to much about this, but if it is 4wd then you don't want to much power because I will F#$& S%I* Up. If it is not 4wd then It should drop in no problems. I will look for some info for ya. This is a pic of a wagon with a motor swap in it.
p.s. I did a search on AF (It works good) and this is what i have for ya. And if ya don't have any luck join yahoo groups and talk to this wagon group.

all d series engines will bolt onto the 4wd tranny its a d series like all others you just can't swap out the tranny. Weather its a 2wd or 4wd the swap info you have for regular civics and rexes will work just fine. Its been rumored that the 4wd wagon won't handle more then 150hp at the wheels but with the right amount of cash anything is possilble. :grinno:
