I am a huge German car fan as well so here goes the rundown off top of my head:

Dragon - Makes BMW prepainted and non painted models of:
- 320i E36
- M3 E36
- M3 Lightweight E36
- M coupe
- Z3 M edition

Fujimi - Makes older BMW kits
- 320
- M3 E32
- 650i
- Ac Shnitzer E32
- Hamman/Ac Shnitzer/M5 5 series

Revell - Premium series or Italeri
- 850 I (with Engine!)
- 850 I (Alpine edition with Alpina badging, interior, rims and bodykit)

Thats it off top of my head.. there may be more that I am missing...
