If you have the right code, 5 digits between 1 and 6, you can either drive with the radio on for an hour. Or you can disconnect both battery cables and hold them together for about 10 seconds (some radios have a capacitor which holds the memory for about 10 minutes so you touch the cables together to discharge it). Turn the key on with the radio off. Turn the radio on then use the radio preset buttons to enter the code. should be all it takes but I deal mostly with Hondas so there might be an extra step I'm forgetting. I know that the info is in the owners manual and alot of Honda dealerships will reset it for you free of charge if you have the correct code.

I dont recommend the touching of battery cable method, your car has very sensitive computer/sensors.
If a smart tech. did the PDI on your car, then there should be a sticker in your glove box with the radio serial # and radio code.
If you have entered the code incorrectly 3 times, your radio displays code error. Now the radio is locked so you must pull the hazard fuse located in the under-hood fuse panel. Install the fuse - turn radio on - enter code correctly using preset keys(1-6) 5 digits
If the sitcker is not in your glove & you dont have the correct code, the first thing to is call the dealership & ask them if that they it on file(if your car was purchased there new - they have it-on file or in the deal bag) If you have no luck there, then you or the dealer must remove your radio. If you do it yourself bring the car & radio to the dealer(they wont give you a code if you bring radio only). They will give you the code for free. If you can't remove the radio yourself, then the dealer will charge 1.0hr of labor for R&R radio.
