How often do you talk to yourself?
I'll admit that I'll mutter under my breath when something hasn't settled right with me. I don't know what good it does, it let's me mull it over and think it through, but mainly, it's just one of the components of my occasional festering...:mad:

Well, i have to say that i don't talk to myself....other people would most likely think i am crazy or something....Does that every happen to you DanInFer?....do people ever think you are crazy?.... i think that if i heard a person talking to themselves i may think they were over the top.....remember, this is just a question....no need to get huffy or anything okay.....:D

Actually, self-talk (if it is positive) is very good for self-esteem and other things.

I freely admit I talk to myself and talk back. Get in arguements, greet myself in the morning, ask questions, etc.
