I purchased my Nissan Altima in July 2001, I have since had some issues with my vehicle. First it came with what was reffered to as Chopped Tires, which I took the vehicle to an authorized center and they credited me the tread left on tire and replaced them, next was the windows. Specifically they are not opening and closing properly (if they closed at all). It started out with the window in the rear on the passanger side. It was fixed under warranty and the dealer informed me the this was due to the climate of Florida, but I have owned several New cars and never had this problem. Well anyways that was fixed last year. Couople weeks ago (week of August 3rd, 2003) I noticed that both my front passanger window and rear drvier side window are now doing the same thing. This issue was fixed once again under warranty, well guess what, First Week of Sept. 2003 MY DRIVER SIDE WINDOW IS DOING THE SAME THING!!!, thats all 4 windows with the same problem. Our Altima is only 2 years old. Is there some sort problem that we should know about. I was interested in purchasing the New Nissan SE Crewcab Frontier, but with these dilemas as simple as they may seem makes me weary on purchasing the Frontier. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done, but I just wanted to inform everyone of my current issues.
Is anyone out there having similar problems?

I'm a Nissan dealer mechanic, that new Altima is crap, they're constantly coming back for repairs. pretty soon you should start experiencing intermitent stalling. when its out of warranty sell that shit and get a Toyota.
