Accord 94 Halo Projector Head lights

I just got an accord 94 halo projector head light and i don't kno where the wires for the halo lights are suppose to connect to. There's a black and red wire. Are they suppose to be connected with the head lights? Why didn't it just come like that? Also does anybody know the standard to adjust headlights? How far and how wide is it suppose to be? Thanks.

I'm not 100% but I think the red would go to the + of the corners so the halo would come on w/ yoru corners and the Black wire would be grounded. Hope this might help out...good luck

Good I'm not really good with kars. So I'm suppose to strip or cut the wire from the corner lights and connect them together and jus ground the black wire anywhere? thanks for the help.
