Need a lil help....

Ok, in the driver side seat, i was adjusting my reclined postioned and somehow i ended up breaking whatever it is that holds the setting i sit in. I'm thinking its like a lil gear and each level of recline is a diff. groove, and i think i broke one. hard to explain but if anyone know how to fix this and what i need it would help me out alot. other wise i will end up switching the driver and passenger seats around.

Hit up a junkyard & get some new seat rails...
