Electrical problems plz help

I have a 91 Eclpise 1.8 5speed. Well none of my gauges work but the gas, and my headlights will popup but not turn on?? Umm i dont know if my fan relays work of not i just bought it for 200 and put a trany in it. I got it running today and thats when i found out that stuff dont work i dont think its all blown sencers for the gauges. Any ideas on where to look?? anything will help.(i checked the fuses so no smart ass remarkes lol) thanks in advance
