Iv'e got an 85 supra with a 7mgte swap and want more out of it. The obvious way to do this is going to be......more boost. What mods ie MAF,
fuel enrichment or otherwize am I going have to do to make it work correcly?? It's already got tough enough internals. I would like to run as much as 25 lbs. of boost.

Tough enough internals???? Did you upgrade them...yes stock they are pretty good as most imports have good internals....but for 25lbs of boost haha...you better upgrade a whole lot.Especially your bottom end...rods pistons the whole sha-bang. I dont know what the stock injectors are, but you'll no doubt need to upgrade those, fuel pump also...to get to that high of boost. Anywho i bet some more people could shed more light on this topic. I think that engine would probably be able to only hold 15psi "safely" on stock internals. In all when you boost its always a good idea to beef the internals....if you have the money.

As far as upgrading the internals, really all you need is to get the stock rods shot peened and stress relieved, and get a set of forged alum pistons, with some clevite main and rod bearings. What turbo are you looking at getting? The upgraded ct-26 60-1 will only boost 15-16psi but that should be good for 350-400hp and in the MK2 that would fly, if you still want 25psi then i would look at some To4 varient, most likely the To4E or a new garett GT series. Stock injectors are 440's, the easiest upgrade is the Lex/550's, it works by flowing 25% more air through the Lexus V8 AFM than the stock AFM, unmetered, and 550's flow 25% ,more fuel than 440's. Not something i'd do just cause i don't like unmetered air, whatever you do you'll want controller, the most popular is the S-AFC or the A-VCR. The fuel pump will be fine up until about 450hp then you should upgrade to a walboro pump with a FPR, did you use the MK3 pump or the MK2 pump? And don't forget about the MHG and ARP rod, main, and head bolts that you'll need if you didn't do it already.

Well since I work at an engine building shop shot peening, and stress relief is no problem, I'll do it myself. I have already ordered the JE pistons for it. As far as the MAF sensor goes is it year specific as to what I can use or do they all run the same resistance? do I also get injectors from the 4litre V8, or from the 2JZ??

That's the write up if you haven't read it already, all you need is the Lexus V8 AFM housing, then you reuse your stock electronics inside.
http://www.suprasport.com/suprasport/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/247
Suprasport also sells a custom Lexus housing with a tunable air bypass screw, the injectors you'll need are the RC engineering 550cc's with clips, there are a few others you can use but those have been proven. The part number is PL8-550 at http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com . Also since you work at a machine shop you should look into porting the head, especially the exhaust side, while you have it torn down again. Should see some very nice gains from just that, might as well throw in some bowl and valve polishing too. Heres the link if you want to read up on the flow numbers http://www.supramania.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2191&highlight=flow+bench
