you didn't specify trim or engine type, but here's a few intake systems around $100. http://www.doctorimport.com/magnecor.html

My bad, I was tired and not paying much attention to the search.
I clicked on the link and started looking for the car and prices.

I'm having a hard time finding any intakes for that year. Can you believe Injen *and* AEM make ShortRam intakes for a Geo Tracker, and not a '91 Celica GT??
That's pretty F***ed up!
I found Celica Turbo kits here, but no intakes. http://www.poweredbytoyota.com/ssfeturbo.html
this time I did READ the web-page before posting it on here.
The only thing I can think of to do is have one made...Take a metal clothes hanger and bend it to the shape/length you need the intake to be made. go to a performance store and ask them if anyone does mandrel bending, that could make one for you. ~add about a half inch to each end, just incase, you can always cut it if it's too long~
