Clutch help

I have a '95 GS-R with around 100k on it. Recently i've been having a problem with shifting....sometimes it will work fine but other times i can hardly get it into gear. It feels like the clutch isnt disengaging all the way. I dont think it's the clutch itself, but I couldnt find a haynes manual for my year and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the solenoid is in the bellhouse? If the clutch is fine I dont want to have to replace it.

Please help!!

The Haynes manual for the 94-01 integra is the same as the 96??-00 civic and 97+ crv.
