Bad Tranny?

i think my tranny is going bad. it just started a cpl days ago.....but sometimes it hardly wont go into 3rd (u have to try and try to get it in), and i will be riding in 5th gear, and it will just pop outta gear, and it took me a cpl times to get it to go ino R. should the company i got it from replace it? i believe i have a 30 day warranty, but its not up til the 19th.

Definately take it back before the 30 days is up. Either they should replace or fix it. Only a 30 warranty :confused: is it rebuilt? I got my Si rebuilt Si tranny with 24months 24,000 mile warranty & it was only $320 + shipping. If it is rebuilt make sure to drive "normal" for 500-750 miles, try to stay under 4,000rpm.
