Your what hurts? Try again in english with a better description because with that I would say its your muffler bearings :smooch:
When does it happen? Turning, braking, acceleration, cruising, high speed, low speed, bumps, etc. Is it present all the time? If it happens only at certain times, what are the conditions?
Noises are probably the hardest thing to diagnose without actually hearing the noise.
It might even be a loose exhaust heatshield - with your description I have no clue. When the car is cool, tap on the exhaust from front to back or put the car in gear & slowly rev engine with foot on brake. If the noise is duplicated get a large metal hose clamp & clamp the heatshield down. Last resort you can always rip it off unless its the fuel tank shield :nono:

yea without a little more in depth analysis it will be very hard to tell what your problem could be, heck it might even be your halogen headlight fluid needs replacing;)
