I got the engine running great with a new tb gasket and a refilled radiator. But there is alot of oil dripping from behind my engine, its so much oil there it burns on the exhaust and make alot of smoke. i was thinking it might be the trannt fluid leaking out. But if i blew some kinda freeze plug or some kinda plug would there be oil shoting from the back of the engine

Could be valve cover gaskets, intake gasket, or any number of other things. Get underneath the car and see if you can determine the source or at least the area its coming from.

Since you changed your intake I'm going to guess it is the intake to block seal in the back of the motor. Did you use the rubber seals or RTV?

I traced the oil leak, its coming from the top of the bellhousing, in the back of the engine bay cant see in to the to cleary to determine what it is, Does oil flow through the bellhousing at all ,, I made a new x pipe today from tubing going to install it now the car runs fine but it drips oil

nice welding man.. lol...
and no oil does no flow through th bellhousing.. could it possibly be tranny fluid leaking out from the torque converter (if u have an auto)

Maybe you need to look at my last post agian.... Cause I bet that is where the oil is coming from. That spot i mentioned is located right next to the top of the bellhousing!

Have you checked to see if the PCV is seated properly in the back of the lower intake?

hey, my truck does the EXACT SAME THING! It's probably your back gasket on your intake, take the manfold off again and use ultra black silicone in front and back. cork gaskets just suck!!!!

It's probably the main seal. Your gonna have to pull the transmission and look.
