if its a constant clicking noise when you turn right then it could be your drivers side cv joint.

definately check the cv joint. i had the same problem and had the cv joints replaced and the problem was gone.

how much did it cost and is it a major problem?

IF the cv joints are the problem then replace that side axle. Reman. axles usually cost about $65.00 for parts & 1.0hr of labor or maybe 1.5hr i dont remember. It will become a major problem when the axle breaks.

i drove with both of mine making that noise really bad for like a month and they never broke but the rubber boot that goes around the joint was ripped and it just looked really bad. i had the work done by a local guy who charges minimal labor and i also got the refurbished axels and they total was aroung 220. it was around that, can't remember exact cost but that gives you an idea. hope this helps, oh and also i got the refurbished ones from auto zone. i am not sure if where you live you have those but there are alot of them here in ohio.

noise can also be caused from upper front control arm linkage but most likely cv axle. remanufactured 70-120 bucks for an axle the control arm linkage is around 10-20 bucks for one (one on each side)
