'89-'94 Swap

Hey I'm new to Nissan, so I don't know much about swapping or the other stuff... but I'm planning on getting SR20DET for my '89-'94 240SX.
Is it a direct drop in and will I need new engine mounts?
Where can I get a good SR20DET for a good price?
Any custom work needed to put an SR20DET into 240SX?
