First of all for lowering teh car we will need more info. Please identify the brand and the scale of the F150. Also, if you can, tell us what the wheels are attached to. Some models, like Dub City have their wheels attached to axles (so neither side spins freely of the other). Other cars like maisto have an axle but spin freely. So try to identify that as well.
Yes there are ways to customize pretty much all the parts on your vehicle. If you want to change the shape of the bumper you will need to get some info from somebody else on model clay. Other things you can do would be to paint it with spray paint (first removing the piece from the model if possible) or use a dremel or knife to chop it.
Most tires on diecast cars just need a little effort to pull off. It is usually easier to get them off if you have the wheel assemble removed from the car but you can still get them off pretty much anytime. Most tires are held on because the rim has plastic bits in the middle that stick up into the tire. This requires you to pull on them and work them over this ridge. BE CAREFUL! its easy to break rims this way if you use too much brute force. Also make sure your new tires will fit on the size of the rim AND the little ridge in the middle. Of course you may be lucky and find a model like Dub City in which the tires come right off....
So just get us the maker of the model and the scale (1:24, 1:18... etc)
