I usually spend 3 or 4 hours in total on mine. I only do a little bit at a time though.

Now 3-8hrs per car and when I was a noobie I thought 20/30mins and my chops looked good when in fact it looked like I used MS paint.I've noticed that with some choppers(in general) that they spend way to little time on there work.I'ts a lesson I learned :nono: :banghead: And I still cosider my stuff crappy

Depends on the job, and how important it is/how bored I am
Something like shaving the handles, lowering etc... can be done in less than 5 minutes
Something like this takes from 10-15 minutes

Stuff that requires me to fabricate using the paintbrush tools, like these Foci, can take over an hour. It's much harder to make your own parts from scratch than to source them from another vehicle. It gets really involved when you have to rebuild the background behind a removed part.

Finally, stuff made entirely from scratch takes forever, as you'd have to include the initial design phase. Drawing an entire car with the paintbrush tool is very time consuming. Things like "toonifying" or "cel shading" are time consuming just because of the detail needed to replicate the original image. The one below of the Falcon has taken me quite a while, so I work on it now and then since it gets tedious after awhile.

Not a god man, but thanks for the props!
I've been drawing cars, and designing them since as far back as I can remember that's all. I have a desk full of all the stuff I did in elementary through high school :lol2:

Simple chops from the side, has taken me 20-40 minutes. I'm still a Newbei, but I have made a few chops, which has taken me at least 5-7 hours.
Finally have to say that I'm wildly impressed by the work of Honkeytonk Monkey.
