2jTT In GS wiring help ?

I have a 94 GS 300 with a Twin Turbo 95 supra engine in it I am looking for someone to help or to take it to to get it running I live outside of Memphis TN . I am willing to go a few hundred miles for somone who knows what they are doing . But i am not rich i got the car with a burned up engine so i don't have too much in it . Please help .
