tell me your thoughts on these setups as well as tell me what you are running, i am mainly looking into springs because i dont feel like constantly fucking with coilovers.....lemme know......(i am NOT a noob)

I have GC coilovers, GC uppper mounts, and Illuminas. 450 poudns front, 325 rear. WOrks great for me. I have no idea what you mean by constantly messing with them. I set them once, and never touched them again, except to experiment with raising the right side for circle track. Some pics should be on my site at www.POSracing.net.

when i had GC's on my rex i always felt like i was toying with their height, maybe that was just me being a perfectionist but springs will do just fine, if i get a coilover it will be a coilover system and not coilover sleeves

Go to a road course and complain about coilover "sleeves", lmao. They do every bit as well as the coilover "system" or whatever the terminology of the day is. But to each his own. I'd rather spend that money on making more power, and live with my sleeves. I always do well in circle track, and pull 1.5s on the dragstrip. Cant complain :D

yeah but this is an AUTOMATIC GS (and my girlfriends car to boot)....lol....its just a daily driver cant give it much more power without adding FI.....i know that GCs and other coilover sleeves are used a lot at track races due to their adjustability, what i was saying was that i had the GC's on my CRX and it always seemed like i was tweaking them, i got annoyed by that rather quickly and bought some springs, hahaha i think i will slap the GC's back on the rex tho just for the hell of it, i will probably get the tokico lowering kit (spring and shock combo) but not 100% sure, from what i have read it drops the car 1.5" and the intrax springs drop it 2"....ahhh decisions decisions, but like i said if i get a coilover it will be a threaded body shock etc, probably tein.......but i think i will just stick with shocks and springs on this one.....
