The brakes are pretty much always pirated of the WRC cars (as they have one of the best brakes in my opinion) and some are just brembo add ons from the AOshima rim/tire sets and recentely I have been using some Ferrari 360 and Enzo brakes as they are very detailed!
The brakes look the best if their are paint detailed. I paint the whole brake silver (ts30) or burnt metal and seal it. Than I mask and paint caliper the desired color (for candy effect you can brush Tamiya stop light red on to a silver surface) than, when dry pick out the nuts and bolts with silver/gold mix (about 50/50)
Whne dry, place your decal on the caliper (either AP racing, Brembo, Bear or Willwood and after that dries begin your drybrushing and black washes over the rotor to highlite the grooves and wholes (if cross drilled and slotted combo used) Than seal the rotor with flat laquer...
Thats it :naughty:
