Vehicle:
Pontiac Grand Am 94 V6 3.1
Automatic Transmission
Problem:
When I shift to reverse the car makes a constant clicking and knocking noise wether moving or not. It does not make this noise in any other gears. This noise is most prevelant when the car is just started.
When I am turning the car shakes.
When I accelerate the car makes a shudder noise as if i were passing over those really small strips of speed bumps. Effectively it sounds like a buzz. This noise happens for one second than is gone for a second repeatedly. It only happens when accelerating.
I just bought the car and had to fill the transmission fluid with a litre. It has a bit of a leak with transmission fluid(red). But not too bad of a leak.
Any help will be much appreciated.

I have found some gm service bulletins that may be applicable to these issues:
57-71-06a for reverse noise.(Date of Bulletin 9612)
377135A for vibration.(Date of Bulletin 9403)
Both are on the following site:

If some one with more automotive expertise could help me with these I would appreciate it.
