Ok all you sleepy heads..........

What time do you NORMALLY get to bed and then wake up during the week?

My day starts when the alarm goes off at 4:15am (4:15pm=typo)

Head to bed around 10:30ish.

Lately, my average time for getting to bed for the night has been 3:00am...up at 7:30am, but recently I've had to push rise and shine time to around 6:00am.

Last night...got to bed around 5am. Up shortly thereafter. :bloated:

I need more sleep than I get...but I usually call it a nite around 11:30-midnite and get up at 6:30. We got a membership to the gym this past weekend and tonight's our first workout nite....so we'll see. I may end up in bed by 9:30 LOL

I usually wake up at around 6:30am (depends on whether I’m doing a workout or not). I try to get to bed by around 10:30pm, but that all depends on whether I’m chatting on AIM or not! :p

Sometimes I wish I did not accept that bloody work key. Having to open up is the only reason for the early rise or it would not be until nearly 5:03am. Oh well at least my day finishes at 2:30pm on an 8 hr day.:)

Well, when MY computer was here and operational, I had my AF time from 11pm- 2 or 3am... Woke up to the first alarm at 7:30am and set the second alarm to either 8am or 8:30am depending upon what classes I had that day!

Now I try to be in bed by about 1am so I get my beauty rest :D

Seems there are quite a few of us who do not listen to the AMA about getting a good nights sleep. That includes 8 hrs of rest.

Yeah right and I would wake up with a migrane from hell !

I pass out by around 1am and wake up 7:30. On workdays that is. Weekends - whenever I feel like it

I used to get like 8+ hours of sleep during my senior year in HS. This was very abnormal for me. Now, I sleep at 21.00 to 1.00 and wake at 6.00 on weekdays and 9.30 on weekends.

RazorGTR

Yea I usually get between 5 and 6 hrs of sleep. On the weekends I am usually up at like 7am'ish as my internal alarm clock will not let me sleep much longer. Though on the odd days I may actually sleep 8 hrs but will wake up with a migrane for the rest of the day

Anybody else catch this? This is a typo, right? I think so, judging from your later post.

Anyway, I've got no schedule. It changes from day to day (gotta love a job where part of your responsibilities are doing samplings with the schedule of mother nature - if it rains at 3 a.m., I've gotta work at 3 a.m.)! But, on those "normal" work days (i.e. in the office, being a "pencil pusher" for eight hours), I set the alarm for 6:30, hit the snooze from anywhere from 7:00 to until 7:30, and get to work anywhere from 8:15 to 8:40. Ahhh, gotta love a job where they don't really care for the most part what time you show up as long as you do your eight hours (and for all you college kids who think you've got it made, imagine this: I GET A SIZEABLE PAYCHECK EVERY TWO WEEKS, AND NO HOMEWORK.. EVER!!!)

What job is this!?! I have absolutely no homework ever, either, but I'm missing that sizeable paycheck (should probably get myself a job sometime....)

I have absolutely no homework everWhat kind of college is this?!?! And why didn't I enroll there?!?! Compared to those wussy relatively dry four years that I spent in college, imagine how much more I could have consumed if I had never had homework?!?!?!

But, we digress ;) ...

Heh heh, dude, I just can’t swing it. I’ve had that debate with some people for years, but I can’t force myself to get straight out of bed when the alarm first goes off, at least not on a daily basis. I really thrive on some time to “acclimate” to being awake before I actually get my ass up :D

JD me to. The things sux about doing that is when I have turned the alarm off and wound up falling back to sleep. Man do I get an ear full from the guys at work! Since I open up and the poor buggers are sitting in the car park waiting for me. I keep lookiing for one of them with a rope when I have been late a couple of times

I think I would physically destroy any alarm or any person who woke me up tomorrow morning before 10am. I'm not a violent person, just one that's very, very, very sleep deprived. :o And now, I have to go into work tonight at 9:30 and will likely be there until midnight!. :(

I want to sleep....I would do anything to sleep right now, to lay down and wake up in three days or so. :(

By the way, since I will be at work so late, completely alone in the office, doing menial work for which I am under appreciated, consider this an official advertisement for company. :D AIM Express can be a very good thing. ;)

I need sleep so bad, i'm sleepy all day :) maybe that's why i look at my teachers and it seems like they're just saying BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH? lol
i like go in a daze, they're talking then 5 min. later i have no idea what they just said.. lol maybe i have ADD or somethin

anyway i go to bed at around 1am and then wake up at 7:15 (well actually set my alarm for 6:30 but hit the snooze button about 6-7 times a morning)
i wouldn't be able to get up right away, the only time i can get out of bed is when i just get so mad and sick and tired of the snooze timer goin off, and then it's still hard :D

on weekends i usually come back home at like 3-4am and then sleep till about 4pm lol :D
