If you could change one moment in time from your past what would it be and why?

My exwife.

What started out in bliss turned to total shit. Talk about metimorphisis ! It eventually ended when she cracked me over the head with a base ball bat because she thought i was having an affair, though I had just put in 14 hrs at work.

two weeks ago. when coming up Prince Regent dr I would turn right at the Fortunes rd roundabout instead of going straight. That would have saved me a very large amount of money, and a whole lot of negative emotions.

Hmm, I dont really know what I'd change. Maybe all the negative things I've said about myself, even though I still say them now.

hmmmmm......i am thinking about this post and i have to say that i don't think i would change anything that has happened to me in the past...not that i am saying my life is a perfect life or anything, just that i think i would not be the person that i am now if things had not worked out the way they did.

:flash:

I am going to agree on this one here. As much as I dislike some of things I have done, or even the things thathave happened to me. I would not be where I am now, had they not happened.

I guess there could always be the things in history. Like maybe change things from 9/11. But even then, I think things happen for a reason.

I would have stayed living in Australia and not moved to New Zealand. I miss my family and friends too much. :( :(

There is only one moment with one person that I would change. When he told me "I love you", I think I'd like to see what would have happened if I told him "I love you back". Would we have drifted apart so many years ago? I hated leaving each other the way we did, with a midnight call to announce his engagement to another. So, I suppose that somewhere in the back of my mind, I'd be interested to see what would have come about, if anything, if I had responded to him the way I wanted. Hmm...gives one something to think about.

But, overall, I would have to agree with SmallTownDiva and kbslacker. Everything I have experienced has made me the person I am, and for that alone, I would have to say that I wouldn't change a thing. I would have stayed silent and walked away when I heard him say, "I love you". Everyday shapes our lives just a little bit more. So, we might as well make everyday as good as possible.
