Suggestions!!!

I hav found a few performance products for my 1993 Escort GT 1.8 DOHC 5 spd. I haev K+N intake system, exhaust, and thats as far and HP goes, other mods for suspension and appearence. now ive found a electric supercharger, high flow cat-back, headers, cams. and thats about it. And im not looking for something that will coast me more than the car is worth basically. im not loking to spend thousands on turbos or anything like that. but I need to get some others suggestions about increasing horsepower in a "cheaper" way. any part descriptinos and wear to purchace them would be greatly appreciated.
