Window Tint

Anybody seen tint jobs like this?http://www.tintdude.com/ap/ap05.jpg Thats all tint film, no vinyl graphics. I need to learn how to this.

i haven't seen it in person. isn't it just like carving a pumpkin? cutting out the areas you want to be clear?

It would be more like cutting & applying window very very very carefully.
