I HIGHLY recommend the NGK Iridium's or any Iridum metal plugs you can get. However I do know a lot of Ford enthusiasts used to use high end Motorcraft plugs from the dealer.

From my experience ( I have tested a lot of plugs) these Iridium?s are amazing. Nology with capacitors are tops though ($100 plus)

These plugs are junk! I used them at one point, and they did nothing for me, just wasted my money. I have also tryed Motorcraft plugs, and they were ok, just not the best. I am happy now running Autolight plugs. Autolight 24's are what's recomended.

Just about any auto store has them or can get them, and they are fairly cheap.
