RSX-S seats

Im looking to get new seats for my 2001 Civic EX. I think the RSX type S seats would look nice if i got my rear seats redone to match them. my question is would the RSX seats would fit in my car, and if they do, where could i get a pair? Does Honda sell them? Also, how much would it cost to get my rear seats redone to match. thanks.
