How to get brightest Headlights?

What is the brightest possible 9004 bulbs or headlight upgrades (other than HID) could I get for my 96 Maxima? Overwattage....any good? Looking for clear white light. Thanks

id like to hear some suggestions too....im using silverstars and im very happy with them....stock wiring with no problems...........id like to know the best & brightest i can go with just a simple plug in.................the silverstars are supposed to be just below the HID lights....

Them silverstars are good.I put them in my truck and you can tell a difference.
