What is to hate about this!
When the car first came out...I thought is was bad. It has really grown on me. I can never own one..because it is so small inside and uncomfortable for me...and I am only 5 ft 9.
One thing I dislike ..the wheels..Toyota has to enter the year 2000 and put some real wheels on the car...those are rediculously small and look bad....

I love the way the new ones look(even more if they have body-kits), but if I had to own one, second-generation. The ability to go fast is far greater than the new one. Untill they develope more parts at least.

I say SW20 is the best. The AW11's are my 2nd...just look really 80's!! I DON'T like the MRS...gone Euro looking....just another Elise etc etc
94mr2turbo is right...at THE TIME it was the fastest in Japan, but the market was flooded soon after with quicker 0-100 cars. IMHO the Gen III MR2 Turbos are under-rated, I think Toyota talked down the MR2 figures not to make the Supra look to bad ;)

The Mk II without a doubt- the GTS in particualr- these cars have the looks of a baby Ferrar for 1/100th of the price- and awesome Mid Engined perfornance- handling is good- but not up to the standards of the Boxster (Which is far more expensive though)
