Handling question

For those of you who have swapped a B16/B18, do you notice a change in handling, like more understeer or something? Is there a difference in braking too?

There's a touch more understeer, you can tell the front end is a bit heavier when you're cornering hard. No huge difference though. Braking is the same, although I've found I'm braking a lot more now that I get up to speed way faster, and a lot of the time I'm going a lot faster than I intended. So upgrading brake pads would be a good idea.

when swapping any b-series i recommend the following

integra brakes all the way around (anyone who tells you that the integra steering knuckles will affect your steering geometry should be dragged into the street and shot because it affects neither camber nor caster), with some brembo blanks, aem pads, goodridge ss lines and an 89 integra M/C,90-93 integra prop. valve, ATE Superblue DOT 4 brake fluid and some nice sticky tires

for springs i recommend the following (i have experience with both)

progress auto swap springs (lowering spring w/ proper spring rate for crx w/ b series swap)

or ground controls with a custom spring rate (400 front, 300 rear) for a b-series swap

now if you want extra braking power you can swap a 90-93 non-ABS integra brake booster and M/C into your car, changing the booster is a bitch and then some but it will stop your car even faster, the brake setup i listed to you is what i have now, i will be doing the brake booster and M/C swap on my car sometime in the future so i will have more details then as far as if lines need to be reflared or not......mind you this suspension setup is just for the springs of course, to correct understeer etc sway bars should be installed and other proper suspension components as well
