Ideas for a GSR Hatchback ?~?~?~

You have a stock 1992 hatchback, you put in a b18c1 engine ...... what is the next items in the list that you would buy for your car? ( except intake,rims,,header,mainfold,Vacf). and also, you dont have a very big budget ....( also turbo is last in your mind, but you want to try to get any performance add on for cheap prices :) ).

my choices:
1. cd player
2. alarm system
3. paint job
4. autometer and gauges
5. floormats + brake pads
6. tail lights
7. neon lights
8. body kit
9. turbo

Personaly I would get headwork done. It shows more top end gains than any bolt on there is. Plus works wonders when you mill the head at the same time.
