Does anyone know how good a stock d15 will hold up to a 55 shot of nitrous???

hmmmmn my d15 is still runnin stock rods....has held up to multiple 55 shots and multiple 75 shots...i do however recomend you do not activate the n2o below 4grand....less stress on the rods. ever see a n2o tq curve? its insane.

See, i am thinkin about buying a ZEX sysytem just for the hell of it before i put my b16 in next spring, and i just wondered if i will be able to run it multiple times or just ounce and then my engine is gone, remember that my car has 185000miles on it, but still runs perfect.

I am curious too, I was thinking about doing just a small 35hp shot someday.

Nitromethane & Nitrous Oxide are 2 completely different things.

If he meant nitro he still spelled it wrong cause most people I know call nitromethane nitro, not nitros.

How well could a 90si engine with 85,000 miles on it hold up to a large shot of n20?? like at least a 100 shot :evillol:

how will a modded D16 stand up with a 50 or 75 shot? I am presently looking for a Zex smart kit.

AEM cai/headers/ AC revolution 3"exhaust/racing cat/OBX drag manifold/GSR throttle body/MSD igniton/APEXI s-afc/GUDE BULLFROG cam/adj cam gears/pulleys/adj fuel reg./chipped ecu/NGK irridiums/low temp stat/
then i have R1 racing seats/auto meter 5" tach/custom black carpet/rockford system/tint/tokico suspension/have a shogun kit sitting in the garage(body work and paint job very soon)/ g3 projectors/carbon tail lights/15" rota slipstreams
ACT stage 4 clutch

My d16 has stood up pretty damn well so far, as long as you dont spray it constantly i wouldnt worry about it too much... but keep in mind, like anything it could cause a problem in the future....
