Remodeling My 96 Accord

I've been driving/racing my accord since sept of 02 and all i havent had any chances to do any mods except i had a h22 in my car for about 2 months but decided to swap my old 2.2L SOHC Engine in and work off that platform my goal is to beat my friends Turbo MX-6 through the powerband especially top-end is there anyone knows where and how to get my car over 120 whenever it get's there it's stops but i want to keep going if it's the rev limiter where is it located and how can i take it off. now that i have 20,000 to spare i decided to make the following mods:

throw the entire list out and put the h22(unless it was broken or something) back in. then u will be done and not require anything else.

and if you have $20k to blow, dont blow it on an accord, go buy a nice used car for $20k. It makes alot more sense trust me i understand the being unique part but u have to draw a line between stupid/wasteful and unique and that plan is bordering on the line of insanity especially since u already had an h22 in it.You have to plan what ur goal is with that car:to go fast? to look fast? or a show car?, by spending $20k doesn't make a car badass. It seems like your pretty much just going through a catalog and buying everything in it which wont show any uniqueness at all. And no matter what anyone says, your f22 is not gonna beat that car with that stuff on there(unless your friends car is stock maybe)Dont blow all that money on the lighting, its pointless to have unless you have a show car and it seems like your interested in going fast so just either put the h22 back in or put a turbo on the F22 cause thats your only realistic way of beating him.
