I wanted to know #1, if these are good struts for a lowered car

(i'm cheap - i've got sleave coilovers), and 2nd, if anything else sounds better to replace stock struts on a civic that's lowered about 2" (i dont want to spend more than 300 for them...) thanks in advance

Those would be a very good choice.

AGX's are nice except they aren't recommended for sleeves.

"Sleeves" are adjustable coil springs with a sleeve/threaded collar - wanna-be coilovers. IMO they are the worst choice for "springs"

1. Fully adjustable coilovers
2. Performance/lowering springs with performance shocks
3. Stock springs/shocks
4. Sleeves with good shocks

Struts have SPRING perches not threaded collar/sleeve perch. Sleeves may & will break the perches.
