Alternator Upgrade?

Anyone know what I can upgrade to? Mines kinda starting to crap out on my again, so I figured why not get one with a higher output. I have a system in the car and I think that might be why this one only lasted a couple years. Also, should I go for a bigger battery? Does anyone think this is a waste of time and money?
