Me-1, Audi A6 driver-0

I was heading home for lunch and some prettyboy in a shiny red A6 pulls out of my lane from two cars behind and does a nice little flyby. I catch up to him and follow him down an on-ramp to the freeway, and we both punched it. He slowly pulled away by like one car length to two car lengths from 40mph to about 100mph. I guess he had a slightly faster car, but when we got up that fast I hit my brakes because it really wasn't worth it.

NorthWest Columbus has this huge police thing going on and I knew the spot coming up was a 24/7 cop hideout. I watched the little red sedan, still speeding even faster, blow right into the trap. The cops hide their cars in a break in the concrete barrier and peek around the side with a radar gun, hitting every single speeder because they're almost invisible until it's too late... The cop jumped out and flagged him down and I knew it was coming the whole time. I swear he was over 110 when the cop clocked him because the cop was jumping around like a pissed of orangutang or some shit... the A6 pulled over, I tooted my horn as I rolled by at 65mph, and was on my way.

ha ha that is a good story, some people deserve to get pulled over.

That's pretty humorous... but let's not forget about the part where he kicked your ass.

EDIT: And I think the Title should be Audi - 1 : You - 0. Seeing as it was a race and he won.

And, what's with not warning the duder? You knew there was a speed trap. You both played and had your fun. At least you could do is warn the dude somehow seeing as you knew this trap was coming up. At least could of tried... to warn him. Can't save them all... but you can always try.

Thats the kind of a low blow. It's what I do if I know theres a speed trap. For all we know, that was a fellow AF car-enthusiast you did that to. :dunno:

But like you've said before, If you don't know the person you automatically don't like them. So it's expected of you to not care... right?

It wasn't from a stop light and being in front of me he had the advantage of starting first and an A6 is probably just a faster car than mine anyways, big whoopity doo. If he's going to go 120+ on the freeway maybe he needs a couple tickets... There was no way of warning him because when I hit my brakes he was still speeding off way ahead of me.

Exactly if that jackass has the ballz to go 120+ on freeway or any public road for that matter he should learn that they are consequences for being a badass. Ricochet: you did the right thing :grinyes:

To bad a friendly race ended up with him getting ticketed. But, if you’re gonna play you have to be willing to pay the price.

lol, I wasn't even 100% sure there was a cop ahead. It's just known that in the Dublin area there are cops everywhere so I didn't go balls out. He did and paid for it so that's why I said "ME-1, audi a6 DRIVER-0". If getting owned includes not getting pulled over, then I can live with that.
