I'd like to know what's the best head for a Turbo LS/VTEC??? Should I go with Si-R, GS-R, Type-R, etc  And plz explain why.....From now on, I've been told to put a Si-R head, but I wanted be sure before doing something.....I'd like to understand what each of these heads do to make my choice regarding my needs. Thx a lot for your help :)

b16 head would be best in my opinion. It has the most desirable combustion chamber and for the money you would spend on a type R head you can get all the headwork done and it will outflow a type R head any day of the week. Plus I do headwork.

psst guess what, B16 heads and ITR heads come out of the exact same casting, and ITR heads flow a tiny bit more stock because they're cleaned up @ the factory. Remind me to never buy anything from you ever

No shit. sounds like your on the rag because I dindnt feel like typing when I was falling asleep.
FYI: b16 and b18c5 have the same heads but the type r flows better because it has bigger machined bowls by the valve guides and narrow valve necks on the intake side. GSR heads have a totaly different setup with a square combustion chamber for improved midrange and torque. Going ls vtec you would have slightly higher compression using the gsr head but the b16 and type r's round combustion chamber is better for top end motors. You get a faster burn with a round combustion chamber and longer burn with square chamber (just slightly).

I got some questions. When you talk about a valve angle job, this is part of the head right!?!? Coz I wanna do a 5 angles valve job on it. And I want to know with this job done on the head, what would be the best choice????
