Hello AF. I have just went to Best Buy and bought Photoshop 7 recently. I am totally new to the Photoshop interface, and below if my first good attempt at choping. The orginal is on top.
The car is a 2004 Nissan Maxima.

Sorry just click on the link, cant seem to get the picture to post like its supposed to.

As of now I have:
-lowered the suspension
-new rims
-new brake discs
-tinted windows
-cut off some of the tail light
-new muffler
-shaved door handles
-extended ground effects

If you all are wondering about the EB on the side of the side skirt, they would be my intials.
Any comments are welcome as well as any tips!

Thank you.

Nice chop - Many good details. I think you will be able to post your picture, if you make it a little smaller.

anyway its not bad for a first time chopper, keep playing around with it and you'll get better and better.

Accually in responce to the $600 price tag. I got a educational discount from my collage. Ended up costing me around $200 with the discount.
