Rear left turn signal and brake light out...Replaced fuse.5 Minutes later fuse blows again.
What would happen if I went from a 10 amp 1to a 15 amp fuse?
Would it last maybe 10 minutes?
And also where is the EGR Valve in this vehicle?

Try asking the S10 guys in the Chevy forum.

fuses are there to protect your wiring when something goes wrong and a circuit draws too much current. DO NOT merely replace the fuse with one of higher amperage. Find the problem and correct it. Could be a chaffed wire shorting to ground in the taillight circuit.
As to the EGR, get a manual for your truck. It will show you where it is and how to check it. And it will show you a wiring diagram as well.
