Trans sport/Montana, Related to European Sintra?

I was told The now discontinued Vauxhall/opel sintra, is related to the Pontiac T-sport,Chevy Lumina APV, Oldmobile Silluhette, and the new Montana/Venture/silluhette. Have a look at the pic, can u see resembelence?

Yes they do look alike!!! It would be nice to see some spec on the van and compare them!
